1. Description of Service

EPAdossier provides a specialized platform for managing energy dossiers and generating energy labels. The platform operates on a Pay-Per-Dossier model. While core management features are free, generating or finalizing a dossier requires a paid credit.

2. Data Ownership

The Advisor owns all output. All data entered into a dossier and the resulting energy label information remain the property of the Advisor or their specified client. EPAdossier claims no ownership over your dossiers.

3. Limitation of Liability

EPAdossier is not liable for data accuracy. Our platform is a tool for professional use. The Advisor is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and the resulting legal certifications. EPAdossier shall never be liable for any errors, omissions, or legal consequences arising from the data entered by users in any way, shape, or form.

4. Usage and Termination

Users can stop using the service at any time. There is no long-term commitment. Inactive accounts may be archived after a prolonged period, but data remains accessible upon request in accordance with our retention policy.

5. Payments and Refunds

Credits purchased for dossier generation are non-refundable unless required by Dutch consumer law.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
